I’m married to Chris, with three flourishing grown up kids.

I live and work in Dundee, which is a great place to be.

Work

I’m Joe Lafferty, and lead LifeTree, a small Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy Team in Scotland. Our vision is ‘growing people and organisations’ focussing on both the individual, making your unique contribution, fulfilling your potential; and also working with groups and teams to enable enhanced organisational performance.  

The way we do this is by ‘enabling purposeful conversations’ working with our clients bringing a mix of thinking, context and engagement.  Firstly we bring leading edge thinking from our team of experts.  We also have a sound, in-depth grasp of the organisational context.  And finally we utilise a creative and engaging, interactive delivery which is rooted in grounded, practical experience of what ‘works’.

We have extensive experience in a number of areas of OD, for example: executive coaching, top team development, leadership & management development.  Our partnership approach aims to build capacity in the organsiations we have the opportunity to serve.
