I’ve uploaded it to my blog/flickr to allow people to see it/download it, as it is a rich reflection on commitment to develop a coaching culture in Angus Education. There are loads of ideas (OPTIONS – GROW!), to develop and deepen the use of coaching to enable schools to meet their objectives and also develop as learning communities.
